We brought our entire baseball team to Dampf Good BBQ after our game, and it was a home run from start to finish! The atmosphere is unlike anything else around. Relaxed outdoor seating on a beautiful farm with an incredible Texas style BBQ vibe that makes you want to stay all afternoon. Every single person in our group loved the food. The pulled pork was tender and packed with flavor, the mac and cheese was rich and creamy, and the potato salad was one of the best I've had. One thing to know is that they're so popular they often sell out before closing, so plan to arrive a few hours early if you want the full menu. After tasting the food, it's easy to understand why. If you're looking for authentic BBQ, a fun atmosphere, and a great place to gather with family, friends, or even an entire baseball team, Damp Good BBQ is absolutely worth the trip. We will definitely be back

This is the best Texas barbecue outside of Austin. A tip to order ahead on their website and possibly get a bit shorter line when you get there to pick up your food. The sides are so unique and fantastic flavor; the brisket sandwich was outstanding and these guys offer great service. Be prepared to wait a bit as with a Michelin rating this place is always busy.

Absolutely blown away by Dampf Good BBQ! The portions were incredibly generous we ordered enough to feed the whole family and still had leftovers. Every single item was delicious, but the ribs and brisket completely stole the show. Both were tender, flavorful, and honestly some of the best we’ve ever had. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient, and the food exceeded every expectation I had. The sides were fantastic too, making it one of those meals where there’s not a single thing you’d change. If you’re looking for authentic BBQ with huge portions and incredible flavor, this place is 100% worth the visit. We’ll definitely be back!

If this place was in Texas, it would STILL be AMAZING. This is a great family friendly establishment with incredible food. I would drive at least an hour for this restaurant. Get there early. They sell out quick. The Brisket & Jalapeño Cream Corn were the highlights of the meal.

The best pickles I’ve had? Quite possibly. Don’t get me wrong, this a SOLID Texas style BBQ spot and as someone who frequents Texas this place stands up. Good crust, I’m assuming a longer dry brine because it’s saltier than the usual Texas 50/50 but great ring, great texture. The pickles may be the best I’ve ever had amazing crisp and sweet heat on them! Dampf has certainly earned its stripes and in my personal top 2 in the Carolinas. Had brisket, bacon brisket, veggies and not a miss on the plate. Great work Dampf!
